食管吻合口瘘常导致严重的临床后果,诊断不及时和处理方式不当往往是主要原因。故明确其发生的影响因素进行预防,及早诊断并正确处理极其重要。对于存在不利因素的患者早期予以处理,可以降低吻合口瘘的发生率以及瘘发生后的病死率。现综合国内外文献,对食管吻合口瘘的影响因素、诊断、治疗及并发症等予以综述。

Leakage after esophagectomy often leads to serious results.Delayed diagnosis or inadequate management may be the main causes.It is important to know how to prevent,diagnose and manage anastomotic leakage as early as possible.However,the morbidity and mortality of anastomotic leakage can be reduced if we recognize those patients with risk factors earlier and make right management.Now recent articles are reviewed to get to know the influencing factors,diagnosis,treatments,and complications etc..
