摘要
目的通过检测围生期缺氧缺血事件新生儿高压氧治疗前后外周血8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)及S100B蛋白水平,了解高压氧对围生期缺氧缺血事件新生儿体内氧化应激状态及对神经系统的影响。方法选取2008年12月至2010年6月在我科住院的围生期缺氧缺血事件新生儿60例,随机分为两组:高压氧治疗组(治疗组)30例,常规进行高压氧,每日1次,共4 d;对照组30例,患者进舱,常压空气观察相同时间,除高压氧外进行相同的治疗方案。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组治疗前、后外周血血浆8-iso-PGF2α、S100B的蛋白含量。结果外周血8-iso-PGF2α治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较治疗组较对照组升高[(86.040±29.123)ng/Lvs(69.304±25.670)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。外周血S100B蛋白治疗前和治疗后两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧治疗可能使围生期缺氧缺血事件新生儿机体发生氧化应激,但对其脑损伤状况没有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen on perinatal hypoxic-ischemic neonatal oxidative stress and the nervous system by the detection of peripheral blood of 8-iso prostaglandin F_2α(8-iso-PGF_2α) and S100B protein levels before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Methods 60 neonates with perinatal hypoxia ischemia from Dec 2008 to Jun 2009 were enrolled,which were further divided into HBO group(n=30)and control group(n=30) randomly.The two groups were treated routinely.Besides this,the HBO group was also treated with hyperbaric oxygen.The levels of 8-iso-PGF_2α and S100B protein in the blood samples were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results There was no significant difference of peripheral blood 8-iso-PGF_2αlevel between two groups(P0.05).After therapy,the 8-iso-PGF_2α level in the HBO group was significantly higher than control group[(86.040±29.123)ng/L vs(69.304±25.670)ng/L].The difference was statistically significant(P0.01).The difference of peripheral blood S100B protein level before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P0.05)in the two groups.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may cause the oxidative stress in perinatal neonatal hypoxic-ischemic events,while it has no significant effect on the brain injury.
