摘要
目的探讨IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液有形成分的影响因素,以寻找导致其假阳性结果的原因及解决方法。方法对1927例尿液标本分别采用IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜计数两种方法同时检测,以显微镜计数为判断标准,观察IQ200尿沉渣分析仪的假阳性情况。结果 IQ200尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞、白细胞、管型的检测都会出现不同程度的假阳性结果,其中以管型的假阳性率最高,结晶、肾小管上皮细胞、黏液丝、菌丝是引起假阳性的主要原因。结论在临床应用中,对IQ200尿沉渣分析仪的检测图像要结合干化学结果进行人工修饰,显微镜复查也是必不可少的,以降低假阳性率,减少漏诊和误诊。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of IQ200 automatic urinary sediment analyzer urine tangible component,looking for the cause of the false positive results and solutions.Methods 1927 cases of urine specimens were tested by IQ200 automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope count respectively simultaneously,setting microscopic counting as criterion for the observation of urinary sediment analyzer IQ200 false-positive cases.Results IQ200 urinary sediment analyzer had varying degrees of false positive results on RBC,WBC,and cast,among which the cast had the highest false positive rate,and crystallization,renal tubular epithelial cells,mucus filaments,mycelium are main causes of false positive results.Conclusion In clinical application,the IQ200 urinary sediment analyzer detection image should be modified with dry chemistry results,microscopic reexamination is indispensable,so as to reduce the false positive,the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
