摘要
目的探讨腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2009年12月我院收治的176例腹股沟疝无张力修补的临床资料。结果手术全部顺利完成。手术时间25～65min,平均43min,术后住院3～6d,平均4d。术后随访6～24个月,复发2例,补片感染1例,慢性疼痛2例。结论无张力修补术复发率低、住院时间短、并发症少、是治疗腹股沟疝有效、安全的方法。
Objective To evaluate and analysis the effect of the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia.Methods Clinical date of 176 cases in inguinal hernia in our hospital from 2006 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the operations completed successfully,the operation time was 25-65 minutes,the average was 43 minutes,hospital stay was 3-6 days,the average was 4 days.All the patients were followed up for 6-24 months,5 cases of recurrence,1 cases infection,2 caases of chronic pain.Conclusion The tension-free hernia repair had a great advantage than the traditional repair procedure,such as low recurrence rate,rapid recovery,short hospital stay and few complications.It is an effective and safe method in inguinal hernia treatment.
