摘要
目的建立护理专业技术一体化实训简易流程和教学模式,以解决护理实训教学与临床脱节的难题,培养适应社会需求的技能型护理人才。方法运用流程再造理论和程序教学法理论指导构建护理技术实训流程教学模块,并在2008级中作为试点进行实施,评价其效果。结果新的技术实训流程学生各实训项目及临床实习成绩明显提高(P<0.01)。结论护理技术实训流程给学生提供分步消化、积极思考和自我决策的机会,有助于提高学生的临床技能。
Objective To establish a simplified process and teaching model for practical training of integrated nursing specialty techniques to solve the problem of separation between teaching and clinic during the practical training,and cultivate the skilled nurses to adapt to the social requirements.Methods The teaching model of practical training process for the skilled nurses was constructed by applying the theory of process reengineering and programmed instruction method.The effects of the new teaching model were evaluated.Results It showed that the students' achievements were improved in this new practical training process(P0.01).Conclusion The students get the chance to absorb the knowledge step by step,think positively and determine by themselves in the new practical training process.In the meanwhile,they can improve their clinical skills.
