秩和比法在急诊护理质量综合评价绩效考核中的应用

Application of Rank-Sum Ratio in the comprehensive evaluation of nursing care quality in the Emergency Department

目的探讨对绩效考核前后护理质量控制指标进行综合评价的方法。方法运用秩和比法对我科2006～2010年护理质量控制指标进行排序分档综合评价。结果考核前2006年护理质量最差,考核后2010年质量最好。结论运用秩和比法综合评价绩效考核成绩能体现护理质量实际情况,促进护理人员之间的良性竞争,从而推进护理质量的全面提高。

Objective To explore the comprehensive evaluation method on the nursing care quality before and after performance assessment.Methods The nursing care quality during 2006 and 2010 in the emergency department was comprehensive evaluated using Rank-Sum Ratio（RSR）.Results The nursing care quality in 2006（before performance assessment） was the worst;while the nursing care quality in 2010（after performance assessment） was the best.Conclusion Application of Rank-Sum Ratio in the comprehensive evaluation of performance assessment can promote the positive competition among nurses and improve the nursing care quality entirely.
