山东现代教育发展与人才培养模式演变的特点及启示

摘要 山东现代教育经历两个显著时期。建国后前17年的显著特点:凸显人的"全面发展"和"专才"培养模式;用政治方式解决学术和知识分子思想改造问题;确立党的领导和突出思想政治教育;创办半工半读教育制度。改革开放30年的突出特点:确立山东教育大省的地位;凸显素质教育主题和复合型、多样性人才培养模式;形成以就业为导向的现代教育体系,从教育大省向教育强省迈进。其主要启示:教育要满足社会发展、人发展的需要;必须与国家、社会、家庭的承受能力相适应;精英教育与大众教育并举。 Modern education in Shandong Province has undergone two different and distinct stages.In the first 17 years after the founding of the PRC,it highlighted people's "comprehensive development" and the model for training their "expertise" by using political means to solve academic problems and shape scholars' ideologies;strengthening the Party's leadership,and cultivating a political awareness.A work-study educational system was at the same established in this period to satisfy the needs of economy.And during the 30 years of reform and opening,it focused on establishing the status of Shandong as an educationally developed province,and laid stress upon the key concepts of quality education and the model of training comprehensively developed personnel,and the come-into-being of an employment-oriented modern educational system,thus enabling the Province to proceed from a large educational province to a powerful one.The revelations drawn from the two stages are as follows: first,education is not only to satisfy the needs of society,but also the needs of the development of individuals;second,it must develop itself in accordance with the development of the state,society and the affordability of all the families.
