摘要
灭火救援指挥的"扁平化"就是以灭火救援一体化信息指挥平台为载体,灵活、快捷、高效的"纵短横宽"的"扁平化"指挥体系。提出了灭火救援指挥"扁平化"建设的内涵、来源、内容,指出了实施灭火救援指挥"扁平化"的意义,探寻如何开展灭火救援指挥"扁平化"。
The platform of fire rescues refers to the rapid comprehensive command system integrated with an information platform.This paper defines the composition,the resources of this system and the ways to apply this system.
