摘要 目的:探讨新的医疗卫生形势下护理本科生问诊过程中应具备的能力及其内涵,并构建出一套能客观准确地对问诊能力进行评价的指标体系,促进学生问诊能力的提高。方法:运用德尔菲法向护理相关领域的权威专家进行3轮咨询。结果:经过缜密的研究过程,构建出由问诊过程、沟通能力、终末质量3项一级指标、8项二级指标、41项三级指标构成的护理问诊评价指标,并确定了各指标的权重。结论:研究构建出的护理问诊评价指标对今后护理本科生护理问诊能力的考核有较好的借鉴意义。 Objective: To explore the essential ability and its specific connotation in the process of nursing interrogation among undergraduate nursing students under the new medical health situation, to establish a set of objective and accurate evaluation index system of nursing interrogation ability, and to enhence the students' interrogation ability. Methods: We applied Delphi method and a three-round consultation was carried out by nursing experts. Results: We established the nursing interrogation evaluation index system for undergraduate nursing students. It consisted of 3 first-level index, that is, interrogation process, communication ability and terminal quality, and 8 second-level index and 41 third- level index. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of nursing interrogation has high scientific and feasible value and could guide the future evaluation of nursing interrogation.
