摘要
目的:探讨骨科医护一体化退药的管理方法,减少退药数量和人次。方法:成立退药专项管理小组,分析科室退药现状及其原因,根据原因制定相应对策,并动态地对退药状况进行监测和反馈。通过对科室退药状况进行干预前、后对照,统计干预前3个月和实施干预后3个月的每日退药人次、退药次数和护士用于退药的时间。结果:实施医护一体化退药管理后,每日退药人次、退药次数和护士用于办理退药的时间均较之前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:医护一体化退药管理有助于规范药物的使用,提升医疗护理质量。
Objective: To explore doctor-nurse integration management model of drug repercussion in Othopedic ward and to reduce quantity and times of drug repercussion. Methods: A special management team of drug repercussion was set up to investigate the primary cause of drug repercussion and set down the countermeasures which covered ambulatory monitoring,information feedback, propaganda education and strict rules. After 3 months. Results: The patients, the times and time-consuming of drug repercussion dropped down significantly after doctor-nurse integration management model was carried out. Conclusion: Doctor-nurse integration management model could promote rational drug usage and medical quality
