摘要
目的:针对中职护生制定自主学习准备度测评量表,对学生自主学习准备度进行调查,为有效评估中职护生学习自主性及开展学生教育提供参考。方法:经查阅国内外相关文献,结合实际情况,采用德尔菲法拟定自主学习准备度调查问卷,并分析问卷的信度和效度。结果:经分析确定量表框架分为3部分:调查对象一般情况、问卷主体、调查参考内容项目。其中,问卷主体分为3个维度。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.856,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数在0.808~0.821之间;各维度的重测信度系数在0.834~0.826之间;量表的CVR=0.845。问卷第3部分内容由13个条目组成。结论:量表的信度和效度良好,可作为中职护生自主学习准备度评价工具。
Objective: To develop an effective self-directed learning readiness scale for vocational nursing students, and use it to investigate their readiness of self-directed learning. Methods: The Delphi Analysis Method was used to develop a self-directed learning readiness scale through literature review and also based on our practical condition. Then we analyzed the reliability and the validity of the scale by SPSS 13.0. Results: The scale was constituted by three parts: the demographic characteristics; the main body of the scale (the second part of the scale); the other reference contents. There are three dimensions of the main body of the scale. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale is 0.856, and the Cronbach's α coefficients of every dimensions are between 0.808~0.821. The test retest reliabilities of every dimensions are between 0.834~0.826. The CVR of the scale is 0.845. The third part of the scale includes 13 items. Conclusion: The scale has good reliability and validity and it could be used to investigate the self-directed learning level of the vocational nursing students.
