摘要
目的:了解护士人际冲突处理形态的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用便利整群取样法抽取郴州市4所医院的561名护士,采用护士一般情况调查表、冲突处理形态量表进行调查。结果:护士人际冲突处理形态按维度均值降序排列依次为整合、逃避、让步和支配;护士人际冲突处理形态在人口学资料上有统计学差异。结论:护患冲突是护士面临的主要冲突;人口学资料在不同程度上影响护士人际冲突处理形态。
Objective: To investigate the nurses' interpersonal conflict management pattten and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 561 nurses in four hospitals were recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated by demographic questionnaire and the Rahim Organitional conflict Inventory-I.Results: The mean subscale scores of the Rahim Organitional conflict Inventory-II in descending order were "integrating", "avoiding", "obliging" and "dominating". The interpersonal conflict management patterns were significantly different with different demograghic data.. Conclusion: The conflict between nurses and patients was the main conflict and demographic data influcences nurses' interpersonal conflict management pattern to some extent.
