膀胱癌患者术后自我概念及其与完美主义倾向的关系研究

Study on the relationship between perfectionism and self-concept of patients with bladder cancer after operation

目的探讨膀胱癌患者完美主义倾向和自我概念之间的关系。方法选取2009年6月至2011年6月在我院住院的120例膀胱癌患者,于术后一周采用多维度完美主义问卷和田纳西自我概念量表对其进行调查。结果完美主义总均分为(3.31±0.42)分;自我概念总均分为(2.12±0.33)分;完美主义各维度与自我概念均呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);回归分析显示,个人标准、条理组织性和怀疑行动是自我概念的影响因素。结论患者完美主义处于中等水平、自我概念处于低水平,完美主义3个维度能有效的预测膀胱癌患者的自我概念水平。

Objective To explore the relationship between perfectionism and self - concept of patients with bladder cancer after operation. Methods Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and the Tennessee Self - Concept Scale were used to investigate 120 patients with bladder cancer in one week after operation. Results The score of perfectionism was （ 3.31 ＋ 0.42 ）. The score of self - concept was （ 2.12 ± 0.33 ）. The various dimensions of perfectionism were all negatively correlated with the various factors selfconcept （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Three dimensions of perfectionism were the influen- cing factors of self - concept. Conclusion The scores of perfectionism are in the middle level. The scores of self - concept are in the low level. The level of self - concept of patients with bladder cancer can be predicted effectively by 3 factors of perfectionism.
