护理专业博士研究生培养现状及展望

The status and prospect of cultivating nursing doctorate

目前,我国护理专业博士研究生的培养处于起步阶段,规模相对较小,师资力量分布不均衡。为探讨适应中国国情、具有鲜明专业特色的护理博士研究生培养模式,提高护理学高等教育的水平,综述了国内外护理专业博士研究生的培养模式,并从把好"入学关"、突出联合培养、优化课程设置、建立考核制度、拓宽学位类型、强化师资力量等方面提出了展望,以期为我国护理专业博士研究生的培养提供参考。

Nursing PhD programs in China are still at the primary stage and in small scale. The faculty distribution is unbalanced. In order to explore the education model which is suitable for China and improve the educational level, this paper summarized the current nursing PhD programs both from China and a- board. Meanwhile, it also analyzed how to restrict admission requirements, enhance international collaboration, improve curriculums arrangement, establish evaluation system, define degree classification and improve faculty quality, in order to provide references for cultivating nursing doctorate in our country.
