摘要
目的了解护理学研究生自我效能感与科研能力的现状,并分析自我效能感对科研能力的影响。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和自行设计的护理学研究生科研能力评价问卷对187名在校护理学研究生进行调查。结果护理学研究生自我效能感得分为(2.76±0.40)分;科研能力得分为(87.45±17.41)分;多元回归分析显示,年级以及自我效能感是护理学研究生科研能力的影响因素。结论护理学研究生自我效能感与科研能力均处于较高水平,自我效能感强的研究生科研能力相对较强,增强护理学研究生的自我效能有助于其科研能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the level of self - efficacy and scientific research capabilities among master nursing students, and to analyze the influence of the self - efficacy on scientific research capabilities. Methods A total of 187 postgraduate nursing students were investigated with General Self - Efficacy Scale (GSES) and a self - designed scientific research capabilities questionnaire. Results The score of self - efficacy was ( 2.76 ± 0.40) , scientific research a- bility was ( 87.45 ±17.41 ) , multiple linear regession analysis showed that grade and self - efficacy were the influencing factors of postgraduate nursing students "scientific research capabilities. Conclusion The self - efficacy and scientific research capabilities of master nursing sudents are at a high level, the postgraduate nursing students with a higher self - efficacy will have a higher scientific research capability. To strengthen the self - efficacy of master nursing students can contribute to the cultivation of scientific research capabilities.
