护理服务受限的研究进展

护理服务受限对医疗卫生系统改革中护理资源的合理分配有指导意义,削减护理开支,减少护士人数,会增加护理服务受限强度,不利于优质护理服务的实施和进一步推广。文章归纳了护理服务受限相关的概念发展、测量以及相关因素研究中的关键问题,指出了护理服务受限相关研究的主要进展,并在此基础上对护理服务受限的研究前景进行了展望。

Rationing of Nursing Care （RONC） playes an importance role in the appropriate allocation of nursing resources in the innovation of health - care system. The reduction of the expenses of nursing and the number of nurses will increase the degree of RONC and prevent the application and further promotion of High - Quality Nursing. This paper summarized the concept development, measurement, and key problems in related factors of RONC so as to indicate the main progress and prospect the further research of RONC.
