对我国重复建设的思考

我国近年来出现的重复建设现象有其客观必然性 ,不能简单地肯定或否定重复建设。既要看到重复建设的积极作用 ,又不能忽视它的负面效应。经济体制的缺陷是盲目重复建设的根源 ,只有深化经济体制改革 ,才能从根本上抑制盲目重复建设。

It can't be affirmed or denied simply that phenomena of repeating construction have been arisen in China in recent years. Both its positive and negative effects should not be neglated. The defects of the economic system are its root cause. So the economic system must be reformed deeply, the irrational repeating construction may be controlled.
