摘要
对复合材料开孔加筋壁板进行了剪切试验。基于逐渐损伤失效分析方法,建立了开孔加筋壁板的三维有限元模型。对壁板进行了应力分析,得到了各铺层的应力分布图和壁板孔边沿厚度方向的应力分布图。实现了逐渐失效扩展过程的仿真分析。计算了壁板的最终失效载荷,计算值与试验值误差为12.3%。
Shear experimental of composite ribbed panel with open hole structure is carried out.Based on progressive damage failure analysis method,three dimension finite element model of ribbed panel with open hole structure is established.The stress distribution of different layers and the stress distribution in the edge of the hole is obtained from the stress analysis of the panel.The simulation analysis of failure gradually expanding process is realized.The finally failure load of the panel is calculated,the error between calculation value and value experimental value is 12.3%.
