溶剂热法合成链状钴亚微米球及特性研究

摘要 采用一种简单的溶剂热法成功的合成了链状的钴磁性粉体.所得样品的物相用X射线衍射(XRD)仪表征,形貌通过电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观测,磁性用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试.结果表明样品为六排堆积(hcp)结构的钴单质,形貌为链状球,每个球的直径约为200~300nm之间.样品在室温下表现出铁磁性,饱和磁化强度(Ms)为120.76emu/g,剩磁(Mr)为15.84 emu/g,矫顽力(Hc)为395.14 Oe. Magnetic chain self-assembled by Co submicrosphere were synthesized by a facile solvothermal process. The structure, morphology and magnetic properties of the reaction products were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) respectively. The results showed that the products were pure hexagonal close-packed structure(hcp). The average diameter of Co chains was about 200 N 300nm. The magnetic measurement showed that these pow- ders exhibited ferromagnetic character. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of the samples is 120.76emu/g. The remanent magnetization (Mr) of samples is 15.84 emu/g. The coercive field (Hc) of samples is about 395.14 Oe.
