井下跳汰排矸及矸石回填控制系统的设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对现有地面选煤及排矸方式存在的费用高、土地占用面积大、污染严重等问题,提出一种井下跳汰排矸及矸石回填控制系统的设计方案,介绍了该系统的硬件组成、通信方式、控制流程及软件设计。该系统的上位机采用iFIX组态软件对现场设备进行实时监控;下位机以S7-300PLC为核心,采用STEP7编程软件实现跳汰控制、选煤排矸、煤泥水处理及安全应急处理功能;系统人机交互功能由MT8000触摸屏实现。该系统在邢东煤矿的应用在国内首次实现了井下跳汰排矸选煤,系统运行过程中未出现任何故障,效果良好。 In order to solve problems of high cost, large occupied area and serious pollution, the paper proposed a design scheme of control system of underground jugging and gangue-backfilling, and introduced hardware constitution, communication mode, control process and software design of the system.
