摘要
分析了电化学氧气探头的温度影响特性及补偿方法,介绍了具有温度补偿的高精度矿用氧气传感器的软硬件设计及实验测试过程。该传感器采用温度传感器DS18B20进行温度补偿,在10℃和40℃时的测量误差仅为0.1%,表明温度补偿效果较好。
The paper analyzed temperature properties and compensation method of electrochemical oxygen probe, introduced hardware and software designs of mine-used high-precision oxygen sensor with temperature compensation, and gave experimental testing. The sensor uses temperature sensor DS18B20 to achieve temperature compensation, and its error is only 0.1 %at 10 °C and 40 °C, which shows that the sensor has perfect effect of temperature compensation.
