不同高级氧化法对ABS树脂生产废水的降解特性 被引量:14

摘要 为了优化得出丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯的聚合物(ABS)生产废水的最佳预处理方法,采用不同的高级氧化法处理该废水.在定性分析ABS废水中特征污染物的基础上,采用气质联用色谱检测分析经不同高级氧化法处理后出水中主要特征污染物的变化,研究不同高级氧化法对废水中有毒特征污染物的降解特性.结果表明:ABS树脂生产废水中含有约10种特征污染物,主要为苯系物和有机腈类污染物,其中苯系物的相对质量分数最高,占有机物总量的75.3%;芬顿试剂法的氧化降解能力最强,其处理后出水中仅残留2种少量的有机腈类化合物,即芬顿法为ABS废水的最佳预处理方法. Different advanced oxidation processible(AOPs) was used to pretreat acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) resin manufacturing.Based on the qualitative analysis for the typical pollutants of ABS resin wastewater,the typic compounds of the effluent of different pretreatment were determined and analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the influence of different AOPs to the degradation or transformation of toxic nonbiodegradable typical pollutants was discussed.The results show that the wastewater contains about 10 typical pollutants which are mainly benzene series and organic nitriles,and the relative mass fraction of benzene series are the highest and account for 75.3% of total organic matter.The oxidative degradation capability of Fenton reagent was much stronger than that of the other two methods,and there are only two kinds of small amounts of organic nitriles in the effluent.Therefore,the Fenton reagent method is the best pretreatment method for ABS resin wastewater.
