联黎部队中国二级医院患者就诊情况分析

Analysis on Patients Information in Chinese Level II Hospital in United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon(UNIFIL)

目的分析联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队(联黎部队)中国二级医院患者就诊信息,为后续维和医疗分队训练、药品器材筹措等提供参考。方法查阅联黎部队中国二级医院信息管理系统,对2009年11月至2011年7月到医院就诊患者相关数据进行分析。结果 7 823人次就诊患者中以男性(89.34%)、维和官兵(67.67%)为主,平均年龄33.78岁,主要来自黎巴嫩、西班牙、印度尼西亚等二十余个国家分遣队,月均接诊372.52人次,且有逐渐增多趋势并呈季节性波动(P<0.01),不同时段就诊科室构成比不同(P<0.01),以常见病、多发病多见。结论根据联黎部队中国二级医院就诊患者特点,有针对性地做好专业、语言训练和药品、器材筹措。

Objective To summarize and analyze the information of patients in Chinese level II hospital in United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon（UNIFIL） so as to provide some references to the pre-mission training and the preparation of drugs and medical instruments of the successive contingents.Methods Data of the patients,who visited the hospital from November 2009 to July 2011,were analyzed by referring to the Hospital Information Management System.Results Out of the total of 7823 patients,males accounted for 89.34%,in which 67.67% were peacekeepers.The average age was 33.78 years old.Patients mainly came from Lebanon,Spain,Indonesia,China,etc.The average monthly case was 372.52,and there was a growing tendency and seasonal fluctuation（P0.01）.The constituent ratio of departments that the patients visited varied during different periods（P0.01）.Major entity was common occurring diseases.Conclusions Based on the features of patients that visited Chinese level II hospital in UNIFIL,it is important to strengthen the professional expertise and language training,as well as the preparations of drugs and medical instruments.
