军队医疗机构隧行反恐维稳行动卫勤保障的思考

Medical Support of Military Medical Service Agency in Anti-terrorism and Maintain Stable Operation

乌鲁木齐"7.5"事件在新疆得到有效控制,维稳工作由应急状态进入常态化、长期化后,驻疆部队医疗机构必须做好卫生战备。本文结合工作经验,提出建立应急指挥体系,做到"上联下达同沟通";强化应急训练体系,做到小组急救训练、军警地协调、甄别恐怖分子、自身保护;强化药材储备和防疫,做好提前量;及加强心理辅导等对策。

After the military operation in July 5,2008,the anti-terrorism and maintain stable tasks have been changed to the normalization and long-period readiness.To adapt this change,the author suggested to setting up the emergency reaction system,which includes the training system of emergency aim,the harmony mechanism between the army and police agent,self-care mechanism during emergency,drug and equipment supply system for emergency,and psychology consultation service.
