摘要
目的通过精简庞大公勤人员队伍,降低医院管理和运营成本,提高效益和效率。方法对全院公勤人员实施集中式管理,提供派出式和驻点式服务,管理机制从粗放式向精细化转变,运行模式从分散管理向集中管理、委托管理转变。结果实现医院的安全稳定、保障到位、成本控制与减员增效。
Objective To abolish redundant service employees and reduce management and operational costs in the hospital.Methods Centralized management,distribution and stagnation-type service model were implemented,and the management mechanism changed from the extensive to the intensive one,from decentralized management to centralized or commission management.Results These efforts have achieved security and stability of the hospital,and the service is accurate,the costs are controlled,and staff performance is improved.
