摘要
简要介绍了直接氧化法硫磺回收工艺的发展情况;通过分析IGCC(煤气化联合循环发电系统)改造项目中应用直接氧化法硫回收技术的情况,说明直接氧化法硫回收工艺可满足处理低浓度H2S酸性气要求,且通过采用两台反应器的组合方式,可解决酸性气量偏大、浓度偏高等问题,提高了硫回收率和硫磺产量。
This paper introduced the development of the direct oxidation sulfur recovery process.The application of the direct oxidation sulfur recovery process for IGCC revamping project is described in the paper,and this example shows that the direct oxidation sulfur recovery process is the best choice to deal with the H2S sour gas with great quantity and high concentration.
