摘要
鲁奇公司MTP专利技术中对工艺流程中水带油问题估计不足,针对鲁奇MTP技术在大唐多伦煤化工公司煤基烯烃项目应用过程中出现的急冷水系统、工艺水系统和污水系统中含油量高的问题,相应采取了增加三相分离器、除油聚结器、隔油池和改造工艺蒸汽塔等措施,实现了油水的有效分离,基本上解决了MTP水带油问题对MTP装置系统长周期稳定运行的制约。
There had been a problem of the high oil content in the quenching water system,process water system and sewage system of the Lurgi MTP unit applied in the Datang coal-based olefin project in Duolun Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,Inner Mongolia.By supplementing the triphase separator,coalescence oil remover and the oil separating basin,and by modifying the process steam tower,effective separation of oil and water was realized,which in turn ensures long and stable operation of the MTP unit and the MTP wastewater treatment system.
