甲醇仪控装置出现的问题及解决思路

Problems Occur in the Instrumentation and Control System of Methanol Plants and Their Remedies

分析了甲醇仪控装置在后期生产运行时出现的阀门安装不合理、流量计选型不正确、DCS参数设置失误、保温材料选用不当等问题,并提出了解决思路。如果在项目前期能够注意并解决这些问题,就会提高开工后生产装置稳定运行的效率,提高产量并降低功耗。

The wrong installation of the valves,wrong selection of the models of the flowmeters,wrong intercalation of the DCS parameters,wrong selection of insulation materials,etc.which are likely to occur in the instrumentation and control system of the methanol plants during the later production period were analyzed in the paper,and the concept for solving such problems were suggested.If we could pay attention to and solve such problems at an early stage of the project,stable operation and high efficiency could be obtained after the plant is started up,consequently,high output and low consumption could be realized.
