摘要
以太原煤气化股份有限公司第二焦化厂为例,综合分析了A2O法处理焦化废水的成本,包括电费、药剂费、资源费等,以2010年实际生产运行数据为基准,经计算可知,每生产1 t焦炭需处理0.58 t焦化废水,水处理的费用为6.5元/t;对A2O法处理焦化废水成本的控制关键是对药剂和用电设备的控制。
A comprehensive analysis of the A2O coking wastewater treatment was made in terms of the cost of power,chemicals,resources,etc.based on the example of No.2 Coking Plant of Taiyuan Coal Gasification Co.,Ltd.Calculation shows that in the year of 2010,to produce one ton of coke,we had to treat 0.58 tons of wastewater,and the cost involved was 6.5 yuan(RMB).The cost control of the A2O coking wastewater treatment lies in the control of chemicals and the power consumers.
