摘要
运用计算流体动力学理论(CFD)和气道稳流实验方法对一款四气门汽油机的进气道性能进行了仿真分析和实验。对比不同升程下的仿真流量系数与试验流量系数具有较好的一致性,结果表明进气道进气效率较好,流量系数高。分析不同气门升程下的了缸内流场特性,经过优化设计的进气道能在缸内形成大尺度均匀滚流,有助于提高发动机性能。
Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and steady-state flow test rig,the inlet port performance of a four-valve gasoline engine is calculated.The calculation flow coefficients and the experimental values are in a good agreement,and the data shows that the intake port provides high intake efficiency.Through analyzing flow characteristics of the cylinder flow field under different valve lift,it proves the optimized intake port can form large-scale tumble in the cylinder,and the tumble improves engine performance.
