摘要
建立了电控喷油器的数值仿真模型,利用试验数据对模型进行了验证。基于该模型研究了喷油器不同喷孔直径和喷孔数的组合对喷油速率的影响。研究结果表明:运用软件仿真技术对高压共轨燃油系统进行仿真计算和优化设计是一种有效方法。
Numerical simulation model of the electronic control injector is set up,which is verified by experimental data.Based on this model,the influences of combinations of different diameters with numbers of spray orifice on fuel injection rate are studied.The results show that,it's an effective method to carry out the simulating calculation and optimizing design for high-pressure common-rail fuel system using software simulation technology.
