摘要
利用GT-Power软件对FSAE比赛所用汽油发动机工作过程进行仿真分析,在验证其准确性后,分析计算了三种不同结构的进气限制器对发动机动力性能的影响规律,并得到了试验验证。结果表明,所开发的三种限制器对发动机性能影响有较大差异,其进出口延伸角及半径是影响发动机性能的最主要因素。
In this paper,the working process of a FSAE racing engine was simulated by using the software of GT-Power.After verifying the accuracy of the simulation,the model was used to calculate and analyze the effects of three different structures of restrictors on engine's power performance and some influence regulations which were also verified by the test results were obtained.The results showed that the three kinds of restrictors were quite different on engine performance.Both the extension angle and radius of imports and exports were the key influence factors of restrictors on engine performance.
