摘要
为明确不同施肥处理对龙香稻2号品质的影响,采取单因素随机区组设计进行试验研究。结果表明,相对常规化肥处理,基施腐植酸有机肥有利于降低稻米垩白率、垩白度、蛋白质和直链淀粉含量,对整精米率影响不大。在供试土壤条件下,基施腐植酸450 kg.hm-2龙香稻2号的外观品质及食味品质明显改善,可应用于寒地水稻优质米生产。
An experiment was used to study the effects of different fertilizing treatment on rice quality of Longxiangdao2 by single- factor and randomized block design.The results showed that,except head rice rate,the chalkiness rate,chalkiness, protein and amylase content of milled rice under humic acid organic fertilizer treatment was significantly lower than under conventional chemical fertilizer treatment.The use of 450 kg-hm-2 humic acid organic fertilizer as the base could obviously improve grain appearance and taste quality of Longxiangdao2 under the condition of the tested soil and could be applied to the production of high-quality rice in cold
