鸡白痢沙门氏菌临床分离株的耐药性分析 被引量:8

摘要 旨在了解鸡白痢沙门氏菌临床分离株的耐药性情况。对疑似雏鸡白痢的33份病料进行病原菌的分离鉴定、形态学观察和生化试验,鉴定出26株鸡白痢沙门氏菌。采用Kindy-Bauer法检测分离菌株对14种抗菌药敏感性。试验结果表明,分离菌株对庆大霉素、阿米卡星、新霉素、多粘菌素B、复方新诺明和氯霉素较为敏感,耐药率分别为11.54%、0、7.69%、0、19.23%和15.38%;对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、链霉素、四环素、多西环素、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星和环丙沙星耐药性较强,耐药率分别为53.85%、65.38%、57.69%、100%、69.23%、61.54%、76.92%和53.85%。且所有鸡白痢沙门氏菌分离株均为多重耐药性,其中以6耐和7耐的菌株为主,分别占42.31%和30.77%。鸡白痢沙门氏菌分离株对多数抗菌药物具有不同程度的耐药性,加强对临床分离株的耐药监测,对于指导临床合理用药及控制疾病流行具有重要的现实意义。 To study the antimicrobial resistance of clinically isolated Salmonella pullorum strains,identification,morphology observation and biochemical test were used to identify the isolates from 33 suspected pullorum specimens of chicks and there were 26 Salmonella pullorum isolates. The isolates against sensitivity of 14 antimicrobial drugs were evaluated by K-B disc diffusion method. The results showed that Salmonella pullorum isolates were more sensitive to gentamiein, amikaein,neomycin,polymyxin B, cotrimoxazole and chloramphenicol. Resistance rate was 11.54% ,0,7.69% ,0,19.23% and 15.38% respectively. The resistance of SalmoneUa puUorum isolates to amoxicillin,ampicillin,streptomycin,tetracycline,doxyeycline,enrofloxacin,norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin were strong. Resistance rate was 53.85%, 65.38%,57.69%, 100%, 69.23%, 61.54%, 76.92% and 53.85% respectively. The pattern of drug resistance showed that all Salmonella pullorum isolates were resistant to three or more antimierobials,including resistance to 6 and 7 resistant strains dominated,accounting for 42.31% and 30.77%. Salmonella pullorum isolates had different degrees of antimicrobial resistance for most antimicrobial agents. To strengthen the monitoring of antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolates had practical significance for guiding the clinical therapy and controlling of pullornm epidemic.
