摘要
在控制系统设计与工程实现中,控制律的理论仿真和仿真成果的工程实现具有重要的理论研究意义和工程实现价值。如何将仿真的算法更快更方便工程实现,基于此目的提出了一种将Matlab仿真控制律代码应用于PLC控制系统的实现方法,通过采用Simulink PLC Coder技术自动生成符合IEC61131-3标准的结构化文本,进而编译成PLC能通过的SCL语言,来达到Matlab/Simulink中的复杂高级算法在PLC中的实现。为PLC更复杂的算法的编写提供了参考,缩短系统设计与调试时间,对控制律的理论仿真和仿真成果的工程实现具有一定的指导作用。
In the control system design and project implementation,control algorithms and simulation results of the theoretical simula- tion of the project implementation has important theoretical significance and engineering value to achieve.How the simulation algorithm to achieve faster and more convenient to implement, based on this issue, this paper proposes a realizing method which is used Mat- lab simulation code for control algorithm in PLC control system, through the use of Simulink PLC Coder technology to automatically generate consistent with IEC61131-3 standard structured text, then compiled into a PLC's SCL language to achieve the implementa- tion of advanced algorithms in the PLC. To provide a reference for preparing more complex algorithms for the PLC,it reduces system design and debugging time,and plays a guiding role in theoretical simulation of the control algorithm and simulation results of the project implementation.
