摘要
软件工程管理是软件工程和项目管理结合而形成的一个交叉学科,是软件工程管理学科的方法具体到软件工程领域的实际应用。与普通领域上的软件工程管理不同,软件工程项目具有一定的特殊性和复杂性,所以软件工程管理是保证软件产品的成本,进度,质量以及按时交付的一个不可或缺的重要因素。本文分析了软件工程管理的现状,并对以CMM为代表的创新管理策略进行了分析和研究。
Software engineering management in connected with software engineering and project management. It is the detailed practi- cal application of methodology of software engineering management programme in software engineering area. Software engineering pro- ject is special and complex. It is a very vital factor that could ensure the cost, the procedure, the quality and the on time delivery of the software product, which is different from the normal area of software engineering. The present situation of software engineering management is analyzed and the innovation strategy of management is investigated by the representation of CMM in this essay.
