基于闪存YAFFS文件系统的索引机制的改进

摘要 在YAFFS文件系统中引入超级块的概念以提升加载速度,设计了静态数据块与动态数据块以实现索引数据的分类存储。定义了锚区间的概念以保证定位超级块的链接区域的磨损均衡,并研究了锚区间的链接区域数目与闪存分区数量的关系,均衡了锚区间的磨损时间。测试表明,改进后的YAFFS索引文件系统能缩短挂载时间,均衡内存消耗。 It took super block into YAFFS file system to improve the loading speed. It designed static super block and dynamic su- perblock to divide the index data. It defined anchor region to make sure the wear leveling of the chain region of the super block, and it researched the relationship between the quantity of the chain region of the anchor region and the quantity of flash memory partitions. So that the anchor region will have longer living period .It has been proved the improved index system of YAFFS can cut the index time shorter and balanced the memory using.
