Panzhihua City takes the lead to achieve that the public cultural service covers all villages in Sichuan Province through the construction of farmer＇s bookstore. This paper introduces the exploration and practice of the construction of farmer＇ s bookstore in Panzhihua City from aspects of perfecting the mechanism, integrating the resources, and carrying out the scientific management, etc., and considers how to realize the long-term operation of farmer＇s bookstore.
