介绍了大秦铁路的基本情况,分析了宁岢线、岢瓦线的原设计能力、2008年以前的实际发送量及近3年的发送运量,对运输需求及能力适应性进行了预测,制定了宁岢线、岢瓦线"短平快"项目的实施方案。

This paper introduces the basic situation of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, analyzes the original design capacity, actual traffic volume before 2008 and traffic volume in recent 3 years of Ningwu-Kelan Line and Kelan-Watang Line, forecasts the transport demand and capability adaptability of Ningwu-Kelan Line and Kelan-Watang Line, and works out the implementing scheme for the＂ short, smooth and fast＂ project .of Ningwu-Kelan Line and Kelan-Watang Line.
