摘要
对不同几何尺寸的泡沫铝填充薄壁金属圆管结构进行了轴向压缩数值模拟,研究其吸能性能,对比了各种几何参数对结构耐撞性能的不同影响,发现填充结构的尺寸对结构的耐撞性影响显著。研究结果显示,泡沫铝密度和薄壁圆管长度对填充结构吸能性有较大影响,而外筒尺寸对填充结构吸能性影响不大。
This paper makes the numerical simulation of axial compression on foamed-aluminum filled thin-wall metal circular tube structures with different geometric sizes for studying their energy absorption ability, compares the different influences of various geometric parameters on structure' s impact resistance performances, and finds that the size of filled structure has obvious influence on structure's impact resistance performance. The research results show that the density of foamed-aluminum and the length of thin-wall circular tube have bigger influence on filled structure' s energy absorption ability, and the influence of the size of external cylinder on filled structure' s energy absorption ability would be modest.
