摘要
本文针对我国法学教学方法单一、落后的现状，根据目前新的教学理论和国家关于高等教育改革的基本精神，分析讨论了模拟法庭这种教学活动的概念、特点，具体的教学设计和教学要求以及在法学教学活动中的作用。
In regard to the single, backward condition of Law-teaching method in our courtry, the thesis, based on the latest teaching theory and the nation's basic policy on the reform of higher education, analysises and discusses the concept, the characteristics, the practical teaching design, the teaching requirement and the function of the mimic court in the process of Law-teaching activity.
