Thoughts on the Industrial Development of Beilun District

促进北仑工业的可持续发展，需要重点考虑改善投资环境、提高知名度和外向度、加快科技进步和人才引进、优化经济结构和发挥新机制优势等四方面的问题，并着重抓好扶强扶优、科技创新、技改投入、招商引资、结构调整、个私经济等方面工作．

This article discusses the sustainable development of industry of Beilun in four respects:the improvement of it investment environment the increase of its notability and opening, the introduction of scientific and technical personnel, and the optimization of its economic structure. With this discussion, this article also discusses the measures to accomplish the task.
