我国现存资本市场存在的主要问题有 :1 .金融机构难以有效发挥其作用 ;2 .直接融资处于“襁褓”阶段 ,有待发展与完善 ;我国资本市场可持续发展的思路 :改造间接融资体系 ,降低不良债权比例 ;适度、有序地发展直接融资。

The main problems of China's existing capital market are as follows 1.The financial institutions can hardly give fullscope to their function.2.The direct fund raising is at its primary stage,and there is much room for improvement.3.The indirect fund raising system should be remolded,and the undesirable obligation ratio should be decreased.The direct fund raising is to be developed properly.
