在西柏坡时期 ,我党在理论上正确认识我国的现代化问题 ,在实践上采取了一系列正确的政策 ,提高了我国的工业化水平。其基本经验是根据国情制定政策 ,坚持多种经济成份共同发展。今天 ,我们必须从变化了的具体国情出发 ,制定和采取符合实际的政策措施 ,这是我国现代化建设事业成功的基本前提。

During the Xibaipo period,Chinese Communist Party had a correct rational knowledge of the industrialization of our country in theory,adopted a series of right policies in practice and thus raised the level of industriaization of our country.The basic experiences are to lay down policies in conformity to the national conditions and stick to common development of multieconomic components.Today,we must procced from the changed national conditions,lay down and adopt policies and measures in accorclance with the reality,which is the basic premise of the successful cause of our modernization.
