国际垄断资本主义在世界事物中起着主导作用 ,它自身还有发展的空间和潜力 ,社会主义力量还没有成熟到能与其相对抗的地步 ,由此决定当今时代的性质是国际垄断资本主义时代。在这个时代 ,资本主义的固有矛盾和历史局限性没有改变 ,时代的发展方向仍是社会主义。社会主义制度作为2 0世纪产生的新事物 ,将在向资本主义学习并同其斗争的过程中 ,发展壮大和成熟起来。代替国际垄断资本主义时代的将是社会主义新时代。

As international monopoly capitalism dominates world affairs,there is still space for its development of potentiality.Socialist forces have not become ripe enough to match it.Therefore the nature of the present world is one of international monopoly capitalism.The contradictions inherent in the capitalist system and its historical limitations have not changed.Our world is still heading towards socialism.Socialism,born new in the 20th century,will grow in stength to maturity in the process of learning from and fighting against capitalism.The new socialist era will replace the era of international monopoly capitalism.
