综合性烟草物流园空间规划设计——以湖南长株潭烟草物流园项目为例

摘要 当前我国烟草物流园分布较为零散,行政分割阻碍了配送资源的优化配置。湖南长株潭烟草物流园项目将三个地区的烟草资源整合,通过用地规划、交通规划、景观规划及空间规划等,使其土地资源、交通资源、景观资源及空间资源达到最优化配置,各功能区在最优化配置下协同运作,构造综合性的烟草物流园,对同类型的建筑设计提供一定的借鉴。 Current tobacco logistics parks are usually fragmented by administrative boundaries. Changzhutan tobacco Logistics Park integrates three cities' (Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan) resource by land use, transportation, landscape, and spatial plans. The plans optimize the resource configuration and coordinates different functional zones. The plan will be a reference for similar cases.
