摘要
应用人工气候箱低温处理,研究了早籼品种的苗期耐冷性。根据3叶期在6℃下处理48小时,30℃/25℃24小时恢复生长后的叶片黄化程度及48小时恢复生长后的死苗情况,发现3个早籼品种的耐冷性均由一对显性基因控制。品种耐冷性愈差,电导率愈高,以此评价的耐冷性遗传也可能由一对主基因控制。
Inheritance of seedling cold tolerance was examined in three crosses between tolerant and sensitive parents by growing seedlings in the phytotrom after keeping them at 6℃ for 48 hours. Cold tolerance was measured by leaf yellowing after the treatment of low temperature then recovery at 30℃/25℃ for 24 hours and by plant dying recovery for 48 hours are both govered by a single dominant gene. A single dominant gene also controls the cold tolerance as measured by specific conductivity, which was shown higher in sensitive parent than in tolerant one.
