B7-1基因转染小鼠EL-4淋巴瘤协同IL-2作为瘤苗诱导的免疫治疗试验

摘要 目的 观察B7 1基因转染小鼠EL 4淋巴瘤协同IL 2作为瘤苗诱导的免疫治疗作用。方法 首先以 2×10 5 EL 4Wt接种C5 7BL 6小鼠左前肢腋下 ,然后进行免疫治疗。结果 用B7 1+ 的EL 4淋巴瘤细胞免疫组小鼠的成瘤时间推迟 ,荷瘤鼠存活期也能延长 ,但经EL 4B 7 1+ +IL 2免疫治疗的小鼠 ,其瘤结节出现的时间和存活的时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,且瘤结节大小也有明显差别。结论 B7 1基因转染小鼠EL 4淋巴瘤细胞具有免疫治疗作用 ,B7 1基因转染小鼠EL 4淋巴瘤协同IL 2作为瘤苗诱导的免疫治疗作用更显著。 Objective: To study on the antitumor immunning treatment stimulated by B71 gene transfected EL4 lymphoma. Methods: One group ofmice were vaccinated with inactivated EL4B71+ cells plus IL2 and the other group with inactivated EL4B71+ cells at an early stages (3, 7 days)only after the inoculation of EL4WT cells. Results: After the inoculation of EL4B71+ cells plus IL2 or inoculation of EL4B71+ cells to the tumorbearing mice, appearance of tumor is regressive and the survival period of tumorbearing mice is longer (P<0.01) Conclution: The results indicate that immunization with B71 positive tumor cells can stimulate systemic antitumor immunity.
