子宫内膜癌PCNA表达的临床意义

Clinical significance of the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in endometrial carcinoma

目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (Proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)在子宫内膜癌组织中表达的临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化LSAB法检测PCNA在 42例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达。结果 PCNA增殖指数与子宫内膜癌组织学分级及手术分期相关 ,晚期 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ )患者PCNA指数明显高于早期 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ )患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组织学Ⅲ级者PCNA指数明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者 (P <0 .0 1) ;PCNA高表达者 (增殖指数≥ 30 % )预后明显差于低表达者 (<30 % )。结论 PC NA可作为判断子宫内膜癌恶性程度及预后的指标。

Objective: To study the clinical value of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)expressed in endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results: PCNA index was associated with histologic grade and surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma. PCNA index in tumors with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that in those with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05); PCNA index in grade Ⅲ was higher than that in grade Ⅰ(P<0.05) and grade Ⅱ(P<0.01). Patients with the PCNA index of more than 30% had a poor prognosis compared with those with PCNA index below 30%. Conclusion: It is suggested that PCNA can serve as a marker for evaluating the malignancy and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
