摘要
目的 建立简便实用的视网膜挫伤实验模型。 方法 采用自制气体冲击致伤装置对兔眼致伤 ,观察不同损伤压力下的眼部伤情。 结果 不同气源压力致伤时 ,眼部伤情随着气源压力的增加而加重。 结论 采用本装置在 80 0kPa的气源压力下 ,致伤眼距离气体流出管口 4mm 。
Objective To establish a simple and practical method to make an animal model of retinal damage caused by air blast in rabbits. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]By using our self-designed air blast device to cause damage to the eyes in rabbits to observe the clinical manifestations of the injured eyes under different damaging pressure. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The clinical manifestations of the injured eyes aggravated with increase of the damaging pressure. Conclusions A comparatively ideal model of retinal contusion could be established with the air pressure at 800 kPa and the distance between the injured eye and air discharge nozzle at 4 mm.
